Jayhawk Apartments

This complex is fantastic! The apartment is completely redone, so clean, and very quiet. The management company immediately takes care of issues. The application process is clear and fair. It's a great location. Close to the bus stop and many of the Greek houses. Each apartment has one parking pass for the property. We purchased a yellow student parking pass, which works in the small lot on Missouri and at the stadium (not on game day). It's great for pre-game parties before walking across the street to the Booth. During the game, you don't really hear anything inside the apartment unless KU makes a big play or they shoot off the fireworks.
