Infinity Homes

Would not choose or recommend Infinity / Bellagio homes. There's a lot to be desired regarding the build quality of their homes. If you ask a lot of people in ParkWest subdivision or the other subdivisions, I guarantee you there's a lot of unhappy home owners. We spent more than a quarter million to get a house built from scratch and even with customizations, they tend to skip a lot of things. If you're building with them, you need a good inspector because the city inspector missed a bunch of things we had to point out and get fixed. Luckily some were caught ahead of time. I'm only speaking of facts here. Infinity DID fix a bunch of warranty items, although it took at least 3 separate appointments for them to come out and deal with them all. Buying a home can be stressful, but working with Gina Dalal (Hawthorne Woods) made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. From the very first meeting, Gina was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about new construction. Also wasn't to give a special thanks to infinity corporate and the owner Rino. This is our second home built with infinity and we are very appreciative to the company as a whole. Cannot wait to move into our new home in the spring.

Our experience building a home in Hawthorne Woods was made significantly better thanks to Gina Dalal. In what can be a stressful process, her professionalism was a highlight. She consistently went above and beyond to get us the answers we needed. We've now moved in and are thrilled with our beautiful new home!

I have a good friend who built her home with Infinity at Gateway some years back and I love her home. My former coworker also built her home with Infinity a few years ago as well. I'm hoping to build my home with Infinity within the next 5 years or if I hit the lottery, it will be much sooner. Hopefully, Romulus will still have lots available by that time or an additional phase. I love the community.
