Management is a joke. Being charged 155 bucks for mowing and weed eating my own lot. And they complain about everything. Worst choice I have ever made is living in indian creek

Been living here since 2019, it's not pretty but it's a good place to live. If you live in Indian Creek, it's pretty safe. If you live in Hardy Estates then please be careful of your kids. There has been some kidnappings happening around there.

It is great if you're to find somewhere to live for a short amount of time. It is not the prettiest but it is ok. The front office always wants you to fix something they don't like and they won't help you it has to come out of your pocket. There has been problems with the kids that live here. For example they have broken others windows and played with fire.

Dont move in here you will be harassed about every little thing they will write you up for no reason. If you ask to talk to the owner who is Gary Lasher they will ignore it they don't want people to tell him what they do the only nice one in that office is Robin. Robin will listen and try to help but as for the other two they like to harass and then retaliate against you. Please if you have any other place to go save yourself the stress.

Dont live here unless your trying to put up with the office bs!! we have been getting cards from the office complaining about the most littlest things and it's always has to be this lady called Mrs.crystina. She stalks your house and parks a few feet away from your home and just stalks it to see what to find to file a complain about. I wouldnt suggest living here cause they dont have nothing to do besides harassing us fellow citizens who do nothing wrong. Ps:
