Honey Creek Apartments

I am being nice with 1 star. When I first had an intake and application it was to be handles be Jeanie. Which an accident happens with her and everything went down hill the day of my lease signing. I was pushed back 2 weeks and met with Toni who reported she did not have any information. That should have been my sign there. I finally get the okay to get my keys and was rushed with the walk through. Was told my check list needed to be in same day. I prolonged and turned in next day because “office was closed” during move in I plugged a a charger in the outlet and the power blew out down stairs. Maintenance did good to come. The next day was thanksgiving and my oven/stove blew. It got to a point where we are hitting the inside breaker box each day when using min usage. I was to to minimize

Honey creek is good apartments in this area. Location, facility, workers are amazing. Any problems they are handling right away. Manager Elisea is awesome. She cares residents. I am so grateful for Honey creek.

I have lived here for two years and I've really enjoying living here. Jeanne is great. She is very responsive to any communication and will help you with whatever she can! Maintenance has always been awesome. Luckily, I've only really had small problems and they have been quick to fix it. My apartment was very clean when I moved in and they've done a great job of keeping the units updated! I think my apartment was in even better shape when I moved in than when I viewed it. Most of my appliances were new, my fireplace was spotless, and the carpet looked new. The townhomes are a great price for the size of the units. I had a hard time finding a similar size home for this price range. They are also extremely pet friendly. My one complaint is that I wish there was more grassy area to walk do

Honestly kind of upset with this place. My husband’s car was broken into the other night, which apparently happens often here, and we let the office know, and they basically didn’t care. I wish it was more secure here and less trashy. The pictures on the website are deceiving as well. When we came in to see our townhome we signed for (we lived across the country), so many things were broken and most of the kitchen cabinets has water damage. Nothing is updated. We won’t be resigning our lease with this place in the future.
