You guys are the Best and Thanks Ms Tiffany Hall for keeping us safe and keeping the place clean and festive!

This place NEVER answers the phone, NEVER return calls and NEVER return emails. I am NOT exaggerating nor am I trying to get anyone fired but change or assistance need to be given to this new property. They’ve only been in the city for 3 yrs IF that long. Or at least update the website so I can see your availabilities and prices so I can answer my own questions. I see why they don’t have the number to corporate available. This have been an ongoing thing for at least 9 months for me. If I could rate lower than one star, I would.

I've been trying to reach these people since 2022 every few months to rent an apartment and they never respond. I've tried Zillow, Apartments, their website, their email directly and phone calls via voicemail. I even tried showing up. Nobody can be reached. But they continue to advertise apartments that nobody can apply for because nobody is alive apparently. I've had better success at convincing an apartment in Japan to rent to me during my time there despite their no-foreigner policy via email while I was still in the US than I have had at reaching these people who are literally in the same city as me. It's unacceptable and almost leads me to believe it's just a real estate scam and nobody actually lives here(anymore).

What a beautiful place to live and visit! The building was Nice and clean! I was greeted at the door of the property by the manager! She was very friendly and professional! The city of Portsmouth could use more buildings like Holley Pointe and definitely more professional managers! Thank you Holly Point manager for a job well done! Continue to be a shining star in Portsmouth!! Thank you!

I don’t know where to start so I’m start here . I been living in Holley Pointe since it was open at first everything was good but once Mangerment Changed it’s been going downhill. It’s things in my Apartment that been broke since I moved in the parking lot and hallways are always dirty the property manager don’t know nothing it’s always I got to talk to this person and that person . When trying to call the main office nobody never answer the phone . But some how the property manager can always reach them . When we first moved here it was suppose to be affordable living but our rent goin up anywhere from 100 to 200 dollars everything is always close from the community room to the fitness room etc a thousand dollars to stay somewhere with NO Maintenance so nothing get fixed to the PROPERTY M
