Hodges Manor Apartments

I am so appreciative for the Hodges Manor Maintenance Team. I was expecting a heavy package from UPS, and it was left downstairs. I called the Main Office, and talked with Brittany, and asked if Maintenance could help bring my package upstairs. The Maintenance Team, Russell and William came to my complex and brought my package upstairs to my apartment. They were kind and professional, and displayed a willingness to help me. Thank you, Russell and William!

Really, your gonna tow my vehicle if its not moved by 0800 when your about to repaint the line. I work 3rd shift and I will leave my vehicle and I will make sure to send you the bill as you should be more considerate of ppl who work the grave yard shifts. Oh and you can easily paint beside vehicles

I recently had the pleasure of having the maintenance staff come over to fix a leak in my kitchen, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work. They were polite, professional, and incredibly efficient. The issue was resolved quickly, and everything has been running smoothly since. William, Russell and I can’t remember the other guy’s name starts with a D, they are very much appreciated.

Lee Merrie is God sent!!!! She has made my entire move in experience nothing short of amazing!! She has been sweet, honest, up front, and has answered every question I threw at her. My 2 bedroom with den is so adorable. It’s huge and has more than enough space for my family. I truly can tell this place has been newly renovated I haven’t seen not one imperfection. We are so grateful to have found this living community and my birthday twin Miss Lee, thank you

I have lived at hodges manor for 7yrs, they have finally obtained the best maintenance team of 2 Russell and Willian. They are quick to response to issues and tag team a resolution. They Maintain a professional and respectful communication with resident. Which include listening to the maintenance needs of the resident. The grounds of property are well care and clean. These gentlemen make it easy to know if something goes wrong they will be there to help fixed the problem. Thank you dream team. I also can't leave out the office staff, Brittany, Michelle and Lee Merrie you ladies have answer my calls every time with care and support in providing a safe place for me to care for my disable parent. The dream team are now the fantastic five. To you all thank you.
