Lori and Michaela have cheated me out of my security deposits for things I replaced on my own and a refusal from their recommended carpet cleaner to clean my carpet. Updated (bad) review after moving out: I did not receive a move put email confirming the return or lack ther of of my security deposit. I called two days in a row three months after moving out. Michaela answered and told me she will remind Lori to call me back. When I came there in person after not receiving a call back that same day 30mins before closing Michaela told me she reminded Lori three times and Lori must have forgotten to call me back. I have been there and stayed with a friend and was there over Halloween..I really like the apartments they are nice and it is a friendly community...also all of the staff there are wonderful people!! Seems like it would be a great place to live to me!!

Rude and disorganized staff (Mikayla). Openly admitted to letting our applications sit for weeks although we reached out multiple times to confirm all was well. We paid $60 to apply and nearly 3 weeks later our apps were not reviewed for move in date only a few months away. During the waiting period the leases were filled leaving us SOL. Since management seems cool with taking people’s money and not respecting their time, they must not care if people are behind on rent!

I took over an active lease when I moved in. The application process was easy and so was the paperwork to put a hold on the unit. The lease was easily understandable and move in was great. I had the option to renew my lease when the one I took over was up and I did. They gave me a free carpet cleaning for the unit because I had renewed. There was a mix of families and students living in the complex, but it was quite being so close to campus. The office staff were super nice and maintenance was always prompt and fixed issues well. The property always looked nice and they offered recycling which was a plus! The ladies in the office are amazing! Especially the manager Lori. Clubhouse is clean and the gym has decent equipment. Pool is good for a day in the sun. Parking lot and grounds are clean. The apartment I looked at was a model but seems like good space for a couple or small family. They even have a dog park area!
