Highland Palms Apartments

I strongly advise against living here. The management is careless, unresponsive, and often blames tenants for issues they didn’t cause. Maintenance requests are ignored, and communication is terrible. On top of that, the area is very unsafe — there are frequent incidents, and security is practically nonexistent. If you value your peace of mind and safety, please stay away from this place. There are far better options nearby. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Holes from birds in the home. Ice cream man comes daily hope you enjoy his singing they use so much water even on rainy days and you can hear it in the walls of the building I wish it sounded like a calming water noise but forget afternoon Naps. You can ignore me I am mad that I was promised a large back yard and I had a fence built and no area for anyone to roam. This place could be so much more but the maintance team lies to the wonderful building manager the only nice part of this place.

There is no parking here can’t even have visitors without them trying to charge you a fee they try make money off everything here but overall it’s a nice motel

You can only have 1 parking even if you have a 2 bedroom apartment no visitor parking or nothing the washer machines are not sanitized since I lived here so I doubt they ever been sanitized theres they put cheap blinds etc so when you put your deposit down so they can charge you for there blinds let me remind you I’m very careful with my stuff and you can just look at them like if there blinds from the 90s if you park in any parking that’s not yours even a unmarked parking the manager will tow your car the manager is so disrespectful and rude everyone can vouch for that hopefully a new manager comes in and makes things better which I doubt it
