Highland Living

My wife and I moved in at the end of September and have had a very positive experience so far. Any concerns we brought to their attention, they were very quick to respond and take care of it. Easy parking in and around the building.Plenty of space, brand new appliances, and great maintenance team.Highly recommend!

Nothing but good things to say about the new management of Highland. They put all efforts into making sure you are comfortable, welcomed and safe. They put the people first and actually listen and respond when issues arise! So happy we decided to move here!

The only good thing i have to say about highland living is that it is a great location. But it is not worth living with bugs cockroaches, bed bugs, and no regular exterminator services. The halways are filthy hall and a laundry roomis to me, unusable because of the roaches everywhere. Vlearly there is a long term unaddressed infestation that requires attention and not just when people complain. We had hoped that the new management would be better, and have more skilled maintenance people. It has taken years and many disappearing maintenance requests to get anything done correctly. It is sad. It could be a wonderful place to live if the bugs and general upkeep were taken care of. Even the renovated apts are quickly overrun with roaches and bed bugs.

Billy the head maintenance man for highland house and harper did speedy and exceptional work in getting repairs done in my much needed unit.. he painted full apartment and replace carbon monoxide detector in just a few hour and I'm satisfied ...also very pleasant personality to meet
