Peak 88 is an apartment with excellent service from the manager. We were very happy with their help in finding our new home. God bless them.

The manager is very attentive and very cordial and on our first appointment and tour, I treat us with excellent service, with nothing more to say, we give her 100/10, we hope she continues like this.

From the very beginning, Maira demonstrated exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and a level of personal care that truly exceeded my expectations. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly — even setting a personal reminder to finalize my move-in details on time. That kind of dedication speaks volumes about her commitment to her residents.

As a prospective tenant, I was thoroughly impressed with Maira, the manager at Heritage Grove. Her leasing and touring skills were outstanding—she provided a comprehensive and engaging tour, addressing all my questions with expertise and a warm, professional demeanor. Her clear commitment to his role made the entire experience smooth and informative! I’ll be submitting my application here shortly.

Management and the handyman are no good you can clearly see, she asks her friends to put good reviews about her. If you ask anyone that actually lives here you would get the same response my neighbor didn’t ask for them to fix a gate of his, but they did anyways they didn’t fix it but made it worse. The gate wouldn’t open more than half a foot. He went to the office to notify them and got the response of they will get someone else To come look and fix the gate So then, why do they pay the handyman? If we can do a simple tasks He waited Over a month for them to fix his gate to get in and out it was impossible So he had to take Matters his own hand and fix a gate door they broke it truly feels like they raise the rent for all the expenses like when the dumpster is over filled I see them pay
