I hired Michelle Handy to manage my property 3 years ago. At first she was very helpful, attentive and I thought very knowledgeable. This last year of utilizing her services has been very stressful and trying on me and my finances. Michelle Handy has facilitated a tenant to live in my home rent free for 3 going on 4 months. I cancelled our contract 2 weeks ago and my current lawyer has been trying to get simple information from her and she has been nothing but difficult. And clearly continues to have no concern for assisting with removing the tenant. Please be careful if you decide to hire her. This lady is a scammer RECORD EVERY, CALL RECORD EVERY VISIT, SAVE EVERY MESSAGE. Do not let her defraud you of your money or information that fake voice and smile is a part of her ploy and schemes. God Don’t Like Ugly BEWARE!!!! She needs to be investigated I’m in the process of suing her for everything she steals.

Stay away from this business. It is not responsive or transparent. You will wonder where your money goes and what it is spent on. Several "items", "fixes", etc. that i had to ask for receipts/statements for, only to be blown off more weeks and months. You will be doing most of the hard work and still paying for poor service. Run the other way.

Most charming and elegant woman shows concern and willing to help u always. I would definitely recommend her to good people thts seeious about getting ready for Life with a family.
