I recently moved out. Apartment isn’t bad really but you can definitely find something better for the price. The issue is they change property managers frequently and you rarely ever get responses in a reasonable timeframe. The washers and dryers took almost 6 months to get fixed. Definitely not great as far as diligence but not a horrible place. No elevators either
Currently a resident i wouldnt move in if i was you , the place is raggedy , they take their time fixing things we just got a dryer fixed after waiting 5 months !! if you have a bug problem they will not fix it at all you have to care for yourself and you will be charged 200$ if your toilet is clogged and not your fault !! Save yourself the stress and time !!
Nice, affordable rent. Well maintained building. Secure entrance. Good management-takes care of repairs quickly.
