Hawks Pointe

I absolutely love living at Hawks Pointe! The community is so warm and welcoming, and the staff truly go above and beyond. Any time something comes up, maintenance is quick and reliable usually fixing things within 24 hours. The property is calm, clean, and feels really safe. The units are spacious, the neighbors are respectful, and the overall environment is peaceful. It’s honestly one of the best places I’ve lived, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive living experience

Was invited to Hawks Pointe as a drink vendor to celebrate a grand opening of updated fitness center and facilities for residents and staff offices. Communication with staff was easy going and efficient. Residents were supportive and appreciative. The entire experience was fun and friendly and we hope to return to more events in the future. Rock Chalk Hawks Pointe!

We moved to Hawks Pointe about three months ago, and we've really liked it so far. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful, and the apartments are clean and nice. The management team is friendly and supportive, and the maintenance team responds quickly, usually fixing any issues within a few hours. Overall, it’s been a great experience!

The new clubhouse is looking great! I’m so glad they finally got new gym equipment after a while of it not being fully functional, the study room is much more inviting than the previous “computer room”. Hopefully they upgrade the apartments as well.

I have lived at Hawks Pointe for a year now. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I’ve had some occasional plumbing issues, but I have enjoyed my time here overall. We also recently got new wifi which is great. Cant beat the location of Hawks pointe either.
