Harbor Square Apartments

I don’t know what it was like before I got here I read the stories but since moving in we have a real deal cleaning company that comes in and makes sure all the move outs are thoroughly cleaned. I was shocked at how clean the entire apartment was from the ceiling (no spider webs or dead insects painted over on the walls) the carpeting was properly installed and wasn’t patchy looking, and the refrigerator was immaculate! The property manager is really good about getting a handle on things especially the roach issue especially if I see one I know it’s a whole family coming behind that 1. I use the home defense with some glass like powder to keep them away from my house barrier and spots where they are known to be. That helps me and the complex out, so far so good! I just want to say thank you to Samantha for her exceptional and phenomenal customer service and dedication to the complex. With every encounter I've always been greeted with a welcoming attitude and a true desire to help with whatever I may need. This individual has truly changed my outlook on this complex as she has brought a new platform of professionalism and brightness to this area. Been living here now for 2 years and I've never had any problems with this complex. All calls are answered. If I ever had a problem, the office manager has always responded in a timely manner. With all apartments of course there's always room for improvement but I feel as if they upgrade and make sure living is very comfortable for there're residents!

I literally called the office on a Friday to schedule a tour for Saturday because I’m only off on weekends. I spoke to the manager Sam who told me that the office is closed on Saturdays but asked me what time could I be there. I told her 10am and she literally came in on her day off to tour me an apartments. That meant so much to me and because of that and her I leased an apartment at Harbor Square and was approved today. I’m so excited! Thank you Sam for making my experience an incredible one.

Our property has done a whole turnaround. I actually love calling the office now to speak to our property manager Sam. She’s so pleasant & maintenance resolves everything quickly. I really enjoy living here now. I feel safe.
