Recently bought by new owners everything is getting renovated beautiful and affordable no more laundry facilities every apartment has a washer and dryer nice and tucked away but still close to everything

Yes yes I put in an application April last year when they were Cordoba apartments, I inquired on three different occasions I called I even went over there, talk to one of the managers to see about getting my deposit back$100 but I still haven't got a response. I even gave them a copy of the money order to see if I could get my money back, still no response. This is not way to run a business. I counted as a loss for me. I know that there is new management now, but still I should have been able to get my money back from them. I didn't even get a call to say I got the apartment or no I didn't get the apartment. That's my story with this apartment complex.

I lived at Cordoba for close to 5 years. 3 of those years I was in graduate school at Hampton University. Considering that, Cordoba was an ideal apartment complex for the price and the location. I never had any issues with management or maintenance. In fact, Ms. Stephanie and staff at the front desk were always extremely pleasant and courteous. Anytime I put in a work order, my issue was resolved quickly. I had a few issues with roaches after getting a new neighbor, but I was able to get rid of them with a couple of roach motels and some borax. The sewage backed up a few times but that was due to residents in my area flushing items not meant to be flushed. There were times when my area would get kind of loud but it never got to the point that I felt the need to complain. All in all, I tr
