Hampstead Heath Luxury Homes

First off... I've lived here for 3+ years, and I have NEVER seen these "Rats, Mice & Roaches" that some of these previous reviews have mentioned. AT ALL. There's the occasional spider or beetle (they live outside and get cold...its warm in your place. They will come inside and you wont die). The apartments themselves are EXTREMELY spacious. Everything looked great when we moved in. No complaints. Sometimes there might be someone talking loudly outside...but that's normal apartment living. Staff is super friendly, Christy (the property manager) is always active on the property, and always willing to help with any issues I might have. Maintenance is great. Always nice & prompt. There are plenty of kids and they play outside everyday. Which is nice to see these days. My kids love hanging out

When I first moved in there with my friend we were not aware that we had roommates living there already, and I’m not talking about just one but we saw families in our own apartment! Under the stove, in our kids bedroom, climbing walls like Spider-Man, I mean just everywhere, see pictures for more info. We told our manager and they didn’t do anything but that apartment was infested with rats. I didn’t even feel safe eating in my own “home” . Every-time we would come home it’s like they had a slumber party, waiting for us, it was CRAZY. And the second pic was UPSTAIRS CLIMBING TO OUR KIDS BED AT NIGHT. Not to mention if you want to walk around your own house and you want to feel crunchy stuff under your feet well then don’t hesitate to move here bc you will find rat poo everywhere, from the

I have been a resident at Hampstead Heath for 2 years now and I will be renewing my lease. Christy in the office is such a kind and understanding person. She always has a smile on her face when I see her and a smile in her voice over the phone. When I have a maintenance issue it does not take long to be addressed. I appreciate how they keep the landscape on the property up. I also appreciate the food trucks coming once a month. I would definitely recommend this community to a friend or anyone looking for a nice place to live.

3 month update: Overview: The staff is kind, but that's the only compliment I can offer. I pay almost $2000 a month to lease a "luxury" apartment that smells of cigarettes and mariijuana blowing in from neighboring units. I get the opportunity to experience my neighbors break leasing contract agreements regularly at the cost of my hard earned money and peace of mind. Details: I truly wish I had a better experience living here. This property advertises as a smoke free and drug free community. Unfortunately that is not true. Due to my neighbors' excessive lease-breaking smoking, my apartment still smells like cigarettes and marijuana roughly 5 out of 7 days a week.. Roughly 6 out of 7 days (between 11 pm to 5 am) there is constant violence, slamming doors, and loud music playing in the unit
