Hamilton Hall Apartments

No parking unless you get home early good luck with the street parking if you find any, oh and if you find one you even get a ticket on certain days for not moving your car before 8am, great hope your a morning person I move in and same day I have a list of things that needed to be fixed like slow drain in shower, doors getting stuck because of overpainting, low pressure in shower, Ac not working etc. Like did nobody check to see if things even worked before renting the unit again smh. Maintenance eventually fixed it but it should have been done before I even moved in. Thermostat for decoration because you can’t even control your temperature in your apartment Bills pulled out of thin air, my electric bill went from a steady 40-60$ to over 120$ for my last two months for a one bedroom, w

Do not move here! I lived there for a year and then once my lease was up I was so happy to get out of there. I kept trying to get in contact with the leasing agent, calls, emails, going to her office WITHIN office hours and she was never there. Mind you I moved out a little over a week ago and still have heard nothing back from the apartments regarding getting my security deposit back or just acknowledging that I moved out. The bug issue is insane, roaches everywhere all the time, gnats flying all around, and I kept my apartment clean! So there was no reason for these bugs to keep festering. Not to mention in the winter time I had NO HEAT, because it gets regulated through the entire apartment complex?? Which not everyone had the same body type, not everyone has the same body temperature!

Not only is this apartment complex infested with roaches they also are infested with MICE And they know and are doing nothing about it Heat is broken the apartment is freezing Maintenance will take months to answer one simple request Look else where unless you wanna live with roaches and mice I currently still live here but definitely will not be renewing the lease thank God its up soon!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This apartment complex is disgusting. All they care about is you signing the lease, after that you’re on your own. I’ve been almost a year and it’s nearly impossible to get in contact with the leasing staff regarding maintenance issues and other issues. My main issue right now is BUGS. I have ROACHES in my apartment. I keep my place very clean but somehow there is a ROACH infestation. I have complained about this several times but at this point I am ready to leave!!! There are multiple roaches in my apartment on this present day! I am tired of killing them this is disgusting!

My spouse and I have been searching for our first apartment for a couple months now with a clean record. After all the trouble we went through with their application process they denied us and we arnt even sure why. I was very hopeful with this place just for them to crush a young adults dreams. I don’t recommend looking into Hamilton hall unless you are willing to go threw the confusing and troubling application process just to be turned down.
