Maria is the sweetest she helped with everything from my application to getting the paperwork in Oder and she is so patient and she will call every provider to make sure you understand the process . My little boy was fuzzy but she was able to make him comfortable I felt at home .May God bless you Maria

To be honest I wouldn’t recommend this apartments the location is great. But I can see how this is gonna go…. I moved in 1/30/26 my washer machine didn’t work when I did my walk through I told them they told me that I can put in a work order just to get on the app and not being able to do it. The washer is super nasty I will add a picture for reference not to mention they came out to fix it but it still don’t work but I get charged extra for having a washer. But it’s crazy to me that I haven’t been on the apartment not even a week and I’m already putting In maintenance order. There are other issues that my apartment have when it shouldn’t if they had 3 weeks to greet it right. I and truly disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend this place at all . Nasty stains on the wall smh

Litzy, maria, cristal and lupita have gave me the best experience at greentree. I had an emergency work order and it was fixed so quick and efficient. Thanks to the maintenance team too shout out to Alex Medrano for getting me right!
