Grammercy Apartments

Simayh Green was amazing throughout my apartment process. She made everything simple, stress-free, and easy to understand. I’m so grateful for her guidance and support. Highly recommend!

Simaya showed me and my partner around 3 different 1 bedroom apartments. She’s incredibly sweet and supportive. My partner and I found Grammercy really great for our price range, customizable to what kind of place we’d prefer, and I’m so glad they have a fireplace and washer/dryer in-unit. The only issues I had were the closet doors I had a hard time to open and some lighting for the bathrooms. I’m not the type to complain, I just want to make sure the place is comfortable before move-in. Anyways overall, I really liked my experience with Simaya to help us tour around. I’m still checking other places out but I really liked my tour on Grammercy.

Normally I wouldn't complain, I've lived her for almost 3 years most of the time management isn't the issue. The people living in the apartments are the main issue I have. Vehicles are constantly being broken into, trash is constantly being piled up by tenants next to the road and doors, dog feces is everywhere, I've had my neighbors being shot at their front door , music constantly being played, even when you get good neighbors who try to stay quiet and respect your peace it sounds like a heard of elephants walking around since the floors are poorly sound proofed. The only issue I've ever had with management is after getting permission to park a trailer onsite under a paid parking stall they gave me a 24hr notice to move it off site or it would be towed away. The apartments look nice and have a great layout, but I was disappointed the "wheelchair accessible room" apartments on the ground floor have six stairs to enter - this will not be practical. I was informed this was true for all ground floor apartments at the complex and will prevent me from applying to love here as my Mother cannot traverse this obstacle.

I’ve had a great experience with this apartment community. Rosa and Tai Jae from the management team were very helpful, kind, and easy to work with. They made the process simple and pleasant, and I truly appreciated their support. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to live.
