Must love cockroaches to live here. The property is a total dump. Owners just do the very minimum to pass inspections. No upkeep. Pool has been closed for two+ years. No locks on exterior doors. Again, they do the very minimum to just stay open. I’m not talking remodeling, this is just basic cleaning and upkeep.

Don’t ever rent an apartment here because the management here is a scam. They told us $1300 for 2 bed 2 baths including utility and we ended up paying $1700. Including many hidden fees and when we raised concern about it we were told that we signed it in the lease so be-cautious when signing lease and don’t sign anything before having a look the actual unit that you are going to move in to because they will trap you with the one for display which looks nice, their actual units are trash. The balcony was damaged and we raised concerns to the management and we were threatened with an eviction. Also the manager turn harsh and disrespectful once you move in. This place sucks. Do not live here unless u like mice and cockroaches, potholes, dirty laundry rooms (which cost 4 dollars a load.) maintenance sucks they do not do anything about the problems. Not to mention the fire alarm goes off every week too. Dog poop everywhere. Trash everywhere. No pools so swim in lived there for 3 years and it was open for maybe a week. They ridiculously charge you to live somewhere that is nasty. My mail has gotten stolen. The halls smelt like weed. The city really needs to take a good look at this place it needs so deep fixing. 0/10 would recommend. Go down the road they’re so many better places they are building.

Horrible place to live. This is an on going issue. No maintenance is done. They don't plow or salt in a timely manner. Management is rude and does not answer emails. The main entrance is blocked often. Trash is left in hallways. The hallways smell like am ash tray. You can't control the heat. The water is shut off often. False fire alarms weekly. Thin walls. The main security doors have been broken for an entire year. Still trash daily in the laundry room. Edit to add more pictures of trash in the hallways not bring removed. Don't rent here run if you get the chance. If someone told me what I would deal with renting here throughout the three and a half years I would have never signed a lease. I make maintenance requests and nothing happens (they mark it is fixed) People are allowed to park anywhere it seems, for an example in the middle of winter I've had multiple people parking in my PAID spot in the garage and they tell me I can't get them towed because they have to give "24 hour notice". Not to mention there has been a car sitting on it's rims... It's rims in the parking lot right in front of the building in a parking spot for almost 5 months now and nothing has been done about it.
