Gateway East Point

I love living at Gateway we miss Mrs Mary however we are so happy to have Mrs Huff and her staff out bldg is so clean and our residents are very happy

Update: There has been a management change (2024) and it has made all the difference. Ms. Huff and staff have done an amazing job at improving this place. My father finally got this shower bench resolved, they have been prompt with other maintenance concerns and even repainted the apartment unsolicited. 360 keep up the great work!! My father lives here and I am very concerned about newer management, (they've been there about 3 years). It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone and I seldom see anyone in the office, esp after Covid 19. Which I understood but nearly everyone is back now or at least answers the phone. As the nephew of an elder, they're response time to my uncle's emergency via the the emergency alerts in the elders' apartment is horrible, which lead to his death. He raised the alarm at 4am, passed put due to blood loss at 6am and wasn't discovered until 9am. Unfortunately he passed, but this is something that families should be made aware of.

Ms Mary is very caring, and nurturing Manager. She is extremely professional and extremely attentive to all of the residents.

I met with Danyaha and she treated me so well. I looked at the one bedroom and I was impressed.
