Fox Hill Village

I have been living in Fox Hill Apartments for four months and I absolutely love it. If I have any questions or concerns Stacci in the rental office always answers my questions and is very good at making sure my questions and concerns are addressed and resolved. The maintenance staff is amazing. Alexis the maintenance staff is awesome at doing her job. She is very prompt with getting things fixed. She explains to you what she is doing to fix the problem. She is also very helpful with any issues you may have. She goes above and beyond to make sure our apartments feel like homes. Thank you so much guys I am glad I picked Fox Hill Village as my home.

My husband and I are military and we lived in these apartments for about 4 months out of our 1 year lease. We ended up breaking our lease because we could not stand all the roaches, unprofessionalism from the office team and how ghetto it is there. The office would dodge peoples phone calls and not answer unless you would spam their phone. There would be trash all outside of the trash cans. I would definitely not recommend living here.

These apartment/townhomes are in a quiet, safe part of Hampton. Cute style. Mind the storage space but otherwise no complaints! The front office and maintenence staff (Crystal, Stacci, Alexis & Jamel) went above and beyond to help myself and my kids get moved in quickly & safely! All maintenence requests (even a random emergency one) were taken care of efficiently and quickly. The questions they asked when I walked in the first day were all the right ones; clearly showing genuine safety and human emotional intelligence as a priority before filling their homes. Recommend!

I have been here three years and I am moving out in a couple of weeks, but my experience here has been a pleasant one. I haven’t had very many maintenance issues and when I do, they take care of it. They’ve updated their kitchens and the floors right before I moved in. You’ve already have a washer and dryer in your unit, which is very convenient. The few things I have talked to them about they addressed and always been very friendly. I also love that it’s in a safe, quiet neighborhood and you have a pool in the gym at your disposal and allowing pets is a bonus. Thank you to Stacey and Alexis and the rest of the staff The two maintenance workers that are here now are also very friendly and take time to talk to you, which is a bonus
