I lived here for over a year and the apartment itself is nice and has a in unit laundry, is fully furnished, and a garage for the unit, which is the only reason I’m giving it a soft three stars instead of two. The management and billing side have been a nightmare. I was double-charged for rent twice ($3k) and had to go through a long back-and-forth just to get it corrected. On top of that, they failed to pay the electricity bill at one point, and I had to fight tooth and nail to get compensated for THEIR mistake. The place looks good on the surface, but the poor communication and financial mishandling really ruined the experience. Although the apartment is well stocked with a great location, the management was difficult to work with. They advertise that the security deposit will be returned within 10 days. We put in a request to the management 4 times to return our security deposit. Finally, contacted the property manager and received the security deposit 11 weeks after we checked out.

This is perfect temporary home! My husband and I lived in Fox Flats for a few months while searching for a home to buy. Fully furnished apartment with washer/dryer in unit, and we had only one issue in the time we were renting, which was fixed within a day. Highly recommend for temporary living.
