The kitchen is nice, new appliances, nice countertops, large island. The bedrooms are alright, nice private bath for each bedroom. Two of the four bedrooms only get one window, so not a lot of natural light. The others get two windows. The main negative point is the building itself. It is not maintained, cleaned. The lobby and hallways smell, and the floors are filthy, marks everywhere (sand, dirt, dust, spilled drinks). The elevator is unreliable (breaks randomly, not fixed for days), and it’s disgusting. Probably never been cleaned since installed. Honestly, it’s just sad that I have to walk through smelly common areas (lobby, hallways) to get to my nice apartment.

Extremely thin walls and my ceiling fan blade flew off. the free wi-fi here doesn’t work that well either. And common areas are never clean. it’s also super overpriced and it lacks of good community amenities.

The place is nice there’s a gym, study lounge, and hang out area with a ping pong table and the mail locker is nice when the delivery people actually put the packages in them. The biggest issue is the walls are extremely thin, I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking and I hear my roommates I share a wall with talking on the phone or in the bathroom. When someone’s in the kitchen you’ll hear all that noise as well since it’s in the middle of all the rooms. They also advertise free wifi but it is public building wifi that doesn’t work that well. Instead of having a private working wifi, instead they encourage you to buy your own router- but then why advertise the free wifi? The doors to the building can also be accessed without key fobs.. you can just pull on the door hard and it’ll open.
