Flats Apartment

Have been trying to get in touch with this place for over a month. I’ve messaged them via apartments.com, Zillow.com, emailed the management company twice, called and left several voicemails… no response whatsoever. Finally a swing by but the office was “closed” at 11am. So I figured maybe they were on a lunch break. Tried again at 1pm the next day and same story. Spoke to a maintenance person who said it’s not a good place to live. I feel like this should be illegal. How can you charge people so much money and not have any management staff? I’m reading these reviews and it sounds like tenants are on their own. I’ve since given up on trying to reach them and will not be looking into any other apartment complexes run by capital management company.

Terrible apartments, we moved out a year and half ago and now we’re being harassed that we owe them 700$ out of nowhere when we have proof we paid and now they’re threatening to send us to collections. Also whatever apartment you tour, will not be even remotely close to the one you get and they won’t let you see it until the lease is signed. The elevators are almost always broken, just don’t waste your time

When going to tour an apartment, the leasing manager couldn’t even come out of her office to talk to me. She was too busy laughing and talking on the phone. The maintenance man was nice enough to show me the apartment but not meeting the leasing specialist turned me off from renting.

Let’s bday that you can take the trash out of the ghetto but you can’t take the ghetto out of the trash! There are some decent people living here but many people do things and behave in certain ways that make this place a lot less of a desirable place to live. It’s a shame because it has potential. Speaking of trash, there are some apartments that always leave their garbage at their doors instead of walking them to the dumpsters and it’s smelly, unsightly and disgusting! There are also a few residents with obnoxious guests with no respect for the fact that there are other people living here. Add to that the mentally unstable folks who’ve follow you around bothering you every time you step outside of your apartment lately, the pool that is NEVER open in the summer, the “new exciting ame

Can wait to finish my lease and move out, paying for stuff that we can't even use, for example de pool, and the A/C. And let's not talk about the laundry, like if it wasn't enough with the amount that we pay for rent.
