Sterling Village Recreation

Buildings are deteriorating, Dawn ignores complaints, Harborview Realty tells me to use my personal funds to fix things that the company is responsible for. I pay over $4000 annually in HOA fees, they continue to go up, spending reports are NOT given to residents, and they don’t care. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They don’t care about you! They blame the deterioration of the buildings on the residents and say that nobody wants to work. I’ve had to BEG for my deck to be done- they have come FOUR TIMES, done horrible work, and still tell me I have to wait or just do it myself. Where is my money going?? Awful place to live. Horrible people to deal with. Misuse of funds.

Moved here 3 months ago. Yesterday's budget vote was conducted in a terrible and unprofessional manner. Only Board members were allowed to calculate the votes behind closed doors. This practice is bias, lack of transparency, disrespectful and unacceptable.

I live here with no plans to move. Excellent place for a family. Well kept, affordable and just a nice quiet environment.

I currently live here and I honestly love it here. I have no issues and my daughter loves the open grass and riding her bike through the sidewalk.

Absolutely beautiful condominium community. A real gem. The people are so friendly and helpful.
