Pomeroy Place Apartments

Took a tour and Monica was very friend, thorough and knowledgeable. Appreciate that she was transparent and disclosed all information. The apartments are nice, seem like they’re well constructed and it seems like a nice community. The apartments also have thoughtful features, like outlets on wall for wall mounted TV, really nice appliances and very quiet fan in bathroom.

Great place, so beautiful. The apartments are detailed with color accents that allow you to make the space personal. The only things left better than the apartments is the property manager, so kind understanding and organized.

I love Monica she was so informed and helpful! She seems to be such a staple and a standard for the community. Would love to move into the Meriden Place Apartments that open up!

Loved the apartments. I made an appointment to tour super last minute and they were very accommodating and friendly. They toured me through multiple apartments and were very patient with me, as I couldn’t decide which one I wanted because they were all great. Monica was super helpful and professional. They answered all my questions and were always quick to respond to my emails and calls.

Before saying anything about the property, I have to mention that the Property Manager Monica is an absolute gem. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and patient. She was by far our favorite property manager my wife and I met during our search for a new home. We toured Pomeroy Place and it was definitely in the running as a potential new home. Ultimately we chose another community that offered us a significantly better deal. That said, we believe Pomeroy Place still has some growing pains to work through. Monica however is perfect. She was the highlight of our visit.
