Alvista Willow Brook

We've lived at Alvista Willow Brook for the past 2 years and haven't found a thing to be unhappy about. We have a nice spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse with attached garage. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a washer/dryer. Gas fireplace is especially nice in the fall and winter. Two balconies to enjoy. Grounds are well kept. Pet friendly. Nice pool and grill area. Fitness center and clubhouse. Due to covid we've had reduced hours for amenities for now, but staff has followed covid precautions everywhere. Great maintenance staff, any service requests are handled immediately. Office staff, Sara and Marika are so friendly, professional, and always making sure your happy here. I can't imagine living anywhere else!

I lived at Alvista for a year. I loved it. The staff is nice and on top of things. I have lived in other complexes where if you had a problem it took days for maintenance to come. Whenever there was issue it was resolved ASAP. I moved because I bought a house. This was the best apartment. I miss it . I am glad that I had this experience. I would rent here if I had to rent again.

I would not stay here again nor recommend due to unbelievablly loud apartments, they failed miserably at the insulation. Additionally, weed smells permeated from different apartments and increased over my time their. The apartments are spacious, some updated most are not. The last 2 I stayed in due to moving because of increased rent and noise---- had white appliances. The pool is cute, but it is extremely tiny and people do not tell the kids to respect others. There are all types of dog breeds that are allowed here... German Shepherd's used to almost attack people coming off the elevator and the entrances smells like urine in the last year that I stayed there. People must have been letting their dogs urinate in the hallways. I had to move from my apartment twice within a month of trying

I moved out to CT for work in November 17'. I am adamant about living somewhere that feels like you are truly coming "home" and has a washer/dryer in the apartment. Additionally, I wanted to live close to my facility off of research parkway and this apartment complex was the nicest around by far. I have not been let down and I have personally found that the staff is extremely helpful. I have only had small issues over the course of the past year, but each time the staff has went out of their way to assist, even if it didn't benefit them personally. All I can say is thank you for the past year and everything you have done to help me out!

After owning my own home for more than 25 years, life circumstances placed me in Connecticut, renting at Alvista. Honestly, I imagined that apartment living would be the absolute worst but I was shocked and surprised at how amazing it actually was. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and the office and maintenance staff are so friendly and accommodating. Thank you Alvista, for making my three years there so wonderful .
