I wish I was able to post videos. This property management team is very unprofessional and bad at communication. They’ll hang up in your face , they are so rude and the rudest people I have rented from. Their workers are entitled to thinking they’re right and you’re wrong. Don’t let them fool you , they’ll advertise an apartment as “ brand new” to later find out there’s a lot of repairs that need to be done. I moved in July 23 it’s January 2024 and they just recently fix SOME of my request I been putting since July after their workers lie and say it’s been completed. Also you’ll find out the house has a roach and mouse problem they don’t tell you about ( not my apartment but the others around me ). My bathroom ceiling is falling apart and needs to be completely redone, it’s breaking apart.

Ive been waiting on my security deposit for well over a month they did send a check but the check was completely outdated I couldn't even go to the bank and cash it because of covid landlord illegally towed my vehicle April this past year and I had no repairs in the apartment they charged me fifty bucks for blinds that weren't even worth it and they never answer the phone they completely are slum Lords I would not recommend renting from this company
