Encore Apartments

The apartments look nice, bit management is TERRIBLE, scheduled my tour for 1PM, at 1:01 I was there, NOBODY answered the phones (yes, plural, I called more than 25 times 3 different numbers), after 30 minutes waiting outside, a person came and showed me the building, everything looks fine, nothing luxurious but not a hood too… Then I applied at the same day, very excited, at the same day the lady said that she was about to see the application, after that, she simply disappeared, again, called 100 times, n/a, next day she called me like nothing happened, not a single “oh I’m sorry I missed your 100 calls”, she stated “we need to check you application again with a “supervisor” called “Manny”, after that, no calls, no text, no response… My advice, DO NOT spend your $45 dollars on this, I di

I’ve been living here for 2 years and is beautiful pet friendly place, indoor pool plus the GYM!! Movie theater room! 🥰 I highly recommend! ❤️ My family comes stay at the Airbnb rooms and she loved it! The manager is so nice and any issue they fix right away or any questions they’re always ready to assist.

I just renewed my lease and I was asked to leave a review regarding my thoughts on Encore. I would say its easy to settle in and the property manager is very welcoming and helpful. The complex has tidy expectancies and is very welcoming all rounded. I found it entertaining to play ping pong, foosball, and air hockey. My experience has been very enjoyable so far.

The place was going downhill, but they reinvested into the building and things look much nicer again. The project manager is on top of all requests, and they are very responsive and active for all inquiries. They are gracious and are willing to work with you to accommodate your needs. The pricing is decent especially in today's market, everything is included and even furnished. They upped their security game, and have been able to keep the price for their units consistent. They are continuously adding new amenities, and the pool is always clean.

Fire alarm inspections every month. Entering apartments all the time for no reason. Cheap paint on the walls that peel in bathrooms. Windows don’t open. Elevator so slow people get stuck in them had to call the fire department multiple times. If one fire alarm goes off we all have to evacuate the building. Air conditioners don’t work in the hallways. Super hot if you live on floors 2-6. Pool is never heated like they advertise. WiFi has a terrible connection no matter what WiFi you use if you need high speeds don’t come here higher up floors can’t use consoles or stream. People sleeping in cars and vans outside nothing is done. The security guy harasses residents if they come into contact with police for any reason he thinks his hotdog is big or something since he “used to be a state troo
