Fitchburg Springs Apartments

I love working with Conjetta she is such a sweet heart and a hard worker! Everything that I ever needed she has taken care of. She is very detailed when explaining things and I really appreciate that. Fitchburg springs has been a great experience!

If zero stars was an option it'd be given. TERRIBLE management, UNPROFESSIONAL maintenance (has admitted SEVERAL times hes unqualified and not licensed). Lived there for more than 10 years, once the current management came into office everything went downhill. Would make up her own rules, allowed vandalism (even by her own kids), maintenance had to google and YouTube how to fix things and then refused to fix them. Severe plumbing issues in every unit but go ignored. Don't waste your time, they like to act friendly and make you think they care but they don't.

Lived there for two years we did NOT RENEW our lease due to the fact nothing ever got fixed! Would have people pretending to be maintenance or something of that sort trying to come into your house or break into your storage unit outside of your main door, or have racist Threats spoken to you every time you walked outside your door to your vehicle, parties in the parking lot all the time ,cops every day at some one’s door. Still have NOT RECEIVED MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK even no, I moved out back in January of 2025

I had a wonderful experience with management here the landlord Conjetta made it really comfortable & easy to apply & live here & she is really a caring person I love it & love her lots for helping me out with my application thank you thank you Conjetta I appreciate you lots😊

It's hit or miss depending on the other tenants. It's best when there are less children around because they tend to play in front of the apartments. The new property manager is turning things around and is committed to improving all areas of the property
