Fairwood Apartments

I've been living here for over 2 years. It's a very good location. Management is very attentive and maintenance is very quick to fix any issues I ever had and also very nice.

Our average all experience was great, we loved the place, the atmosphere was quite, neighbors were friendly, maintenance was nice and on time, the place have a free EV charging, the management was very friendly , helpful and assisted us in many ways . Family friendly apartments.

I’ve been living here for about 3 months, and we absolutely love it. We moved in right before COVID-19 took over. Management was so extremely sweet about helping us pay rent, whether that was letting us know about resources or helping us set up payment plans. They’re extremely helpful, nice, and caring. Management is always super quick to fix things up. Love the private and quiet location too!!!

I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and still happy to come home. The grounds are always well cared for and welcoming. The staff (especially Johnny) are always friendly and helpful. A nice quite place to live that is in convenient walking distance of the stuff I use.

I'm surprise to hear such bad reviews. My mom is a resident there and have been for many years. I handle all of my mom's paper work and day to day issues. The staffs there are amazing. Malvina and Gail are always above and beyond as far as customer service. I can tell they love their job and they want to see their customers happy. They've always been so accommodating and helpful. I can't ask for more
