DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. One of the absolute worst places to do business with. Not only did they continuously try to charge us rent that was higher than the leased amount, they are rude, unprofessional, and can’t answer maintenance requests in a timely manner. Our refrigerator broke and would no longer keep things cool. Our stove only had one working burner. The apartment had cockroaches everywhere. The carpets were disgusting. We moved out because we bought a home of our own, and now they’re trying to charge us an extra $300 on top of our security deposit for “damages caused by us disconnecting the utilities” when we moved out. I was a tenant for them for 2 years. For the most part they were great. The staff was friendly and any maintenance issues were corrected in a timely manner. I didn't have issues until I moved out. They kept my entire security deposit for what they said were repairs and sent me pictures, but the pictures did not match some of the claims. After several weeks of trying a I finally talked to the manager on the phone. She was very rude and grossly exaggerated the damage (if any) done to the property. It took me weeks after to get an invoice outlining the cost which was only a locally generated document. They refused to show me any actual invoices for repairs. I completely admit some items were justifued, but the pricing on the invoice for what they said was repaired seemed unreasonably high. In

Petra and Troy are horrible. Long story short I moved due to poor response to maintenance issues and Troy being inconsiderate. I lost a job due to them not communicating properly. I had rodent and plumbing issues that never got addressed. They kept my security deposit because I refused to stay in those conditions. Do not rent from them. Im sure the owners of the property have no idea of the lack of professionalism they have. . Eventually they're gonna cost the owners a lot of money. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

We used them to manage our rental property. There was a water leak which they said they had repaired. While the leak itself was repaired, the water damage to the ceiling was not (they painted over the cracks, discoloration and bubbles and called it a day). Apparently our tenant had tried to contact them repeatedly about fixing it with no response. We finally were told about this by the tenant months later and when we confronted Petra about it she said it looked fine and fired us as clients! Forget that they also boggled their dealings with our HOA and got us fined 🙄 an absolute nightmare. Do not waste your money paying them to make your life more difficult.

These people are the worst to deal with.. they do not fulfill maintenance request with any sense of urgency basic home necessities not even fixed as needed and still ask for their rent. Horrible living conditions and yet have the audacity to be ignorant and disrespectful when you ask for basic home needs to be maintained for habitual living. The owner does not ever respond and Troy in the office is the worst employee lack of professionalism and so much more. My neighbor warned me about this house and these people and I should’ve moved immediately. By far the worst company to rent from. DO NOT RENT OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM unless you plan to lose money and sanity!
