Evergreen Ridge

I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartments are very spacious — our one-bedroom has a full kitchen, a large bathroom with double sinks, huge closet space, and even extra storage on the deck. Having an in-unit washer and dryer is a huge plus. The amenities are great, including a pool for residents, and the community is quiet and peaceful. Management is amazing — they’re professional, responsive, and stay on top of maintenance. They also do regular preventative pest control, which shows they truly care about the property. Highly recommend!

I don't even know where to start. I had a situation lately which needed a great amount of support, understanding and compassion from Ashlee. Ashlee was all of this. She helped me and my husband navigate through a very stressful time. She worked with us on what we needed. She communicated clearly and frequently to ensure we were both on the same page and had the same expectations. The apartment management is VERY lucky to have someone like Ashlee on their team. THANK YOU ASHLEE. You are amazing. Having someone like you in the front office makes Evergreen a great place to live.

I moved in to Evergreen Ridge a year ago in May. I was looking for something different and this is it. The apt I am in has a large window with a great view of the Columbia River. The apts are older which means bigger rooms laid out perfectly. Aslee the manager has gone above and beyond for me. She responds quickly to my questions. Best part is the pool. Second best is the two restaurants right next door. Rattlesnake Brewery has an awesome and attentive staff, tasty selection of beers and decent food. If you are looking for something other than a property with small rooms and too many buildings-I think you would like it here. Rent is in line with other properties and right now they have a move in special on rent. If you are searching for an apt, at least come look here.

I wanted to share how happy I am living at Evergreen Ridge of Richland, especially because of our property manager, Ashlee. She recently got a new landscaper, and the work they did out back looks absolutely amazing. I noticed it right away, and it just shows how she's always on top of things around here. Ashlee is seriously one of the kindest and most patient people. Anytime I come into the office, she gives me her full attention and never makes me feel rushed. She's super approachable and always willing to help with anything I need. Plus, she always lets me grab a soda, which I love and appreciate more than she probably knows. It's honestly such a pleasure talking with her, and it makes living here feel even better knowing we have a property manager who actually cares. I'm really grateful

Management was very welcoming and helpful when we needed help with the application process. Everything logistical went well. One thing I would like to see improve is maintenance, walls were painted prior to us moving in and didn’t do a very good job keeping paint off the floor and trim. We had to also scrub the trim to get scuff marks of because they were dirty. The views are great but they’re obscured by dirty windows. I would like to see the buildings exterior be power washed. Management-4 stars; maintenance-1 star.
