This just happened randomly at 2am a couple nights ago. The guy that came in was good. They left my front door unlocked, matinence, tried to tell me that black sewer slug was old soap. I most definitely know that wasnt the case. It smelled like sewage. It was thick, and black with chunks. I just moved in….. My apartment is over the boiler room, i dont know if thsy had anything to do with the issue but it was definitely not ok. I have medical issues and have been having severe headaches. The sludge is all over my dishes as well and i dont feel comfortable using them anymore so now i have to purchase new plates, bowl, cups, silverware, and pots. Now this is the 4th issue ive had with the complex. Not to mention my apartment gets so hot my electric bill is now $250 bucks. I hope t

When I moved into Elevate on Parkway, I wish I had done more research — I will not be renewing my lease or ever living here again. The building is poorly constructed and clearly made with cheap materials. From day one, my apartment was dirty: every vent in my unit — especially in the master bathroom — was packed with dust before I even moved in. The toilet paper holder doesn’t even function properly, and what appears to be mold has discolored my bathroom ceiling to yellow. My bathtub and sink drains constantly fill with water, yet the second bathroom works perfectly fine, which tells me this is not a plumbing-wide issue. My toilet also does not flush correctly. I had a major ceiling leak in my bathroom that took three weeks to fix, during which time I had to live with water damage overhe

This was the worst living experience of my entire life. The amount of roaches in this place is disgusting. Please read this and don’t move in. No matter how much they spray, the roaches come in through the vents. There are also black mold issues. This place destroyed my mental health for the year I lived there. Couldn’t move out fast enough.

Stay FAR FAR way from this place. Management and maintence are terrible at communication and getting things done. The property is disgusting and filled with trash and shattered glass all over the ground, and trash overflowing the garbages. The inside of each building looks and smells nasty, and the laundry rooms are something out of a horror movie (it smells bad, never cleaned, and half of the time the machines never work) I brought this, and may other cleanliness issues to their attention NUMEROUS times and kept getting the same "Thank you for letting us know, we will get it taken care of" copy and paste response- similar to what the responses have been to these reviews. Nothing ever got done. I am not one to complain, but I can not be quite about how bad of a place this is to live in.
