The customer service woman, who knew nothing about the situation, blamed me right off the bat. After it took multiple complaints from multiple people, pest control was finally sent out. Neither of them kept up on the issue, you can't just spray once and be done with it. It was expected of me to continue sleeping there to play bait and lure them out further. Typical of many of the landgraab money-grubbing living quarterssuch as this particular location. I had business to do intend to at these apartments and there were no functioning buzzer system or anyway to let the residents know you are outside waiting for them
