Eagles Landing Apartments

First off the apartment was not cleaned properly. They said they would replace the carpet but didn’t because it was “in good condition.” Then it went to we can dye the carpet, which they didn’t. Then, it went to well get the carpet cleaned “again.” Mind you the carpet was never cleaned in the first place. I have called repeatedly, emailed and text and no one has tried to respond. Ever since I signed my lease I have not been able to get anyone on the phone.

I live here in these apartments and the truth is it's a good place to live and the girls are aware of everything that happens here and we feel safe because there is a good team. Miss Johana is a good secretary and responsible for everything that happens here. I recommend it, it's a good place to live.👌

This is my very first week in my new 2bedroom apartment here at Eagles landing, and my kids and are really enjoying the place, very well clean and kept 👌 👏.....And as far as The property Manger she is So Awesome, Very respectful, and she goes above to satisfy her residents thank to be apart and proud to call this our new home.

The smell of the outside and the roaches coming thru the cracks from downstairs i just can’t deal with I don’t see me being here long honestly . The manager is sweet but I can’t deal I honestly feel they need pest control an to ask their tenants to not allow their animals to shit an piss right outside the building that’s all u smell I can’t even have company it’s so embarrassing Would not recommend unfortunately

Absolutely horrible place to stay they loud renovations are making it impossible to work remotely, the bad wiring causes power bills to be $300+ they new management is EXTREMELY inconsiderate and they are raising the rent to almost $800 but for what exactly a mess!! Start with the inside of the apartments first before tearing up the outside these buildings are very old and weekly pest control is needed and updated appliances! DO NOT MOVE HERE ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!
