North Creek Apartments

Northcreek looks awesome! The grounds, fresh paint and new sign really pop. The rent is very affordable and the apartments are well maintained.

I have been here for going on 3 years now & I definitely would recommend them . I’ve had no issues & any concern I’ve had got handled diligently and in a timely manner . The staff is amazing , especially maintenance. It’s never taken more than an hour for any maintenance problems to be fixed !

My husband and I have been living here for a little under a year so far and we have started having problems with mold. I reported it twice and all they did was spray and paint over it. Im currently almost 9 months pregnant and they still haven't did anything about it and now the mold is coming back. Me and my husband are currently looking for new places to stay and don't really care about breaking the lease. This is just downright disgusting and unsafe.

I've lived here for over two years due to affordability. However maintenance and management make sure you pay for it in poor repairs and attitude. Maintenance never fixes things properly. I honestly don't call them anymore. If I can fix it, I do. Otherwise I leave it broken unless it's major. Then I know I'm in for a head ache. It won't get fixed properly the first time. I don't hold high hopes it'll be fixed properly the 2nd time. However it'll be fixed enough I can live with it. Calling into the office is ok as long as you don't get a manager. Management needs an attitude adjustment. I would take the positive comments about this complex with a grain of salt. You would think Thayer would be better at property management.

My fiancé and I have lived here for over 3 years now. He just got orders about a week ago for active duty in the US military. As we are trying to inform management that we are no longer going to be there Amanda also known as Mandy told us that it’s not “her fault” that we did not receive a 30 day notice and that we would be responsible for the month of January’s rent even though we would not be there & we have a copy of his orders. We informed her that is not correct information and let her know that we are covered under the “Soldiers & Saliors Act”. She told us pretty much oh well and that we can contact her attorney & hung up on us! So to end this, we WILL be in contact with our attorney and will NOT be paying January’s rent for 2021.
