Customer Reviews
I’m currently staying at this apartment for the second time, and after three years, it’s just as wonderful as before. I’ve stayed in the 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units, and each one has been spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a cozy environment. The facilities are top-notch and extremely well-maintained – it’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything in great shape. Work orders are completed extremely quickly. The amenities, including the fitness center and two pools. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. Melissa, in particular, has gone out of her way to make me feel back at home. Her friendly and welcoming attitude makes a big difference and adds a personal touch that makes staying here even more special. The location is also ideal, with easy access
First off, put God first and consult with him in all you do ! He will show you the way! I haven’t moved in yet, but the process has been fairly easy and a breeze. I’ve spoken with a few people in the office, but Miss Lori is a sweetheart and a real blessing. And the office manager Amanda I believe her name is gave me a discount because I work in health care. The three bedroom apartment is so spacious. I’m excited and God is good 🩷
It’ll do if you can’t find nothing else. People smoke and hangout in the breeze way, loud ( has a community officer but they come when they’re ready to) , kids play all around your door, a lot of residents have others staying with them that causes disruptions (worse on the weekends), people speed through the complex and the office team don’t care they just act like they’re concerned because phone conversations/emails are recorded. An apartment recently had a drug bust a few months back, only one person on the maintenance team is a professional so if you’re experiencing an issue, it’ll get worse before it’s solved ( took 5 days to simply replace and fix dishwasher) and sometimes the office manager is rude. Honestly, there’s nothing “luxury “ about these apartments. I’ve lived here for 3 yea
I lived here for 3 years, and overall it was a great experience for me. You get birthday cards, food trucks every other week during spring/summer months, there were community events like bingo and pumpkin carving, even gave out free breakfast sacks (muffins, juice, etc). I have never heard of an apartment complex doing any of that before! It was really nice! All my interactions with the front office staff have been amazing. They were all very sweet, personable, and kind. I only had three reasons to contact maintenance the entire time, and when I did it was very minor reasons. So I would say the apartment is well maintained. Pest control came semi regularly, and I never had any issues with roaches or any other bugs at all! The first year or so I moved in I did have my car broken into twice
Do not move here because when you move out you have to pay to get the carpet clean $85.00 and pay to get the apartment clean $125.00. You have to get it clean by the people they want you to get it clean by. They go up on the rent so much money with no new appliances. They have roaches and they pest control don’t spray good at all. They make you pay for so much when you are moving out. I have always paid my rent on time. Now I’m setting at the rent office to turn in my keys no one is here they don’t close until 4:00. There is nothing on the door saying we will be back to the office or nothing. I’m just ready to be done with this place.
