Garrett Woods Apartments

Grass is never cut, management is changing every other week, mail is never delivered to the correct place (as in if the mailman cant find your apartment or mailbox, they *refuse* to hold it in the leasing office), and recently there's been an uptick in crime and squatters. There's random dogs and cats wandering around, theres always bulk trash (like furniture etc) thrown by the dumpsters, there's kids wandering the parking lot. It just sucks. Sucks so bad.

I moved to this property in November of 2019 and I absolutely love it! The staff is fantastic, the property stays clean and I don’t have to wait long for maintenance requests to be fulfilled. The community is nice, quiet and safe. You will not be disappointed if you decide to move here. You can literally talk to any member of the staff and they will assist you. Thank you Kanisha for always going above and beyond for the community and I! Thank you Dre for being a rockstar maintenance guy and completing all requests in a timely manner. Thank you Kayla for being an amazing property manager! You are the best!

I moved here a month ago and Kayla is exceptional! I love living here, I get over and beyond service and customer service. Dre is a wonderful maintenance man and handles all my maintenance request quickly! I don’t have one complaint. I’m so grateful for them and I highly suggest living here. Very quite neighborhood, very friendly. Also great positive energy.

When my husband and I first started looking for a new apartment we came here because we heard great reviews, but when we got here it was beyond our expectations. Kanisha and Kayla really made us feel like we can make this into a home, found an apartment fit for us, and we’re so happy! We’ve been living here since October, it’s definitely better than living in Mississippi!

My experience at Live Garrett was amazing The young lady Ka'nesh was awesome! Her knowledge of the complex shows that she received training. I didn't have a clue what to expect she made my experience awesome! I highly recommend this place, great customer service, and great rates!!!
