i moved here in november. helen was amazing. i feel like she went above and beyond and truly cared. she got my husband and i moved in very quickly. i’ve loved living here so far. the maintenance is quick with their requests. everything is always clean. the apartments are beautiful and quiet. i love living here!

New tenant but so far this is my dream apartment! From the staff - especially Helen - to the amenities this truly luxury living at an affordable price! The location is great with stores, food, banks, within walking distance. And I couldn’t ask for a quieter place - I forget I have neighbors sometimes! Truly enjoying living here so far and I expect that to continue. As a northeastern city girl this reminds me of home. A gem in Phenix City!

I love my 2 bedroom apartment. It is home to me. It has some things that other apartments doesn’t have like valet trash pickup at your door. it is very quite & plenty of parking. There is a nice gym , pool, inside room to meet your friends. It is surrounded with lots of restaurants and shopping and close to Columbus. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
