Rock Island Ridges at Riverchase

I recently moved back to the states from Europe. I inquired @ Rock Island Ridges via email and was contacted immediately. The staff at Rock Island Ridges were extremely helpful, responsive, and listened to my needs. I met with Mrs. Hurdle, my Leasing Agent at Rock Island Ridges, she was friendly, very professional, and knowledgeable about the complex, offering a tour, which highlighted all the amenities that Rock Island Ridges has to offer. We toured various apartments, which allowed me to compare what was available. Mrs. Hurdle had an opening in an apartment which overlooks the Chattahoochee River, offering beautiful views any time of day-I was instantly sold. The apartment is well-maintained, clean, and in a great location. The layout is practical, with plenty of natural light and modern finishes. The building feels safe and quiet, which makes it a comfortable place to live. Jennifer was such a pleasure to work with. She was professional, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated her guidance.

My experience was nothing short of excellent. From move-in to move-out, the management team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, and the staff was always courteous and helpful. The community itself is well-maintained, clean, and safe. I especially appreciated the pool area, gym, and quiet environment. It always felt like a comfortable place to come home to. Moving out was smooth and straightforward, with clear communication. It’s rare to find a rental experience this positive. Thanks to the whole team for making my time there so enjoyable!

I recently moved in and wasn’t expecting the hospitality of the team and quality of the apartments. If you are living In Phoenix City this is the nicest, safest place to stay at. We couldn’t even tell that our apartment had been lived in before, all the appliances were basically brand new and everything was very clean. The complex has a gate to get on the property and each complex has locked doors only residents are able to get inside. It is as advertised online. Highly recommend to everyone in the area.

Extraordinary, is the word that comes to mind every time I wake up in the apartment unit of a castle I live in. I was looking for a peaceful and safe place near Fort Moore to call home where I didn’t have to worry about theft, noise or calamity. Abygail is truly a remarkable community director, it would have been a crime not to mention her diligent work to make sure my every need was met. She essentially gave me a full virtual tour with plenty of pictures and responds quickly to email. Even on New Year’s Day she stopped by to set my place up for me as I changed my move in date last second. I am looking forward to the next few years here at Rock Island!
