The District at Phenix City

I’ve been living here for about a year now, and overall my experience has been very positive. The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, which makes it a comfortable place to live. The staff and management team are always professional, friendly, and helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and I appreciate how quickly they respond and fix any issues. I also feel safe here, which is very important to me. The location is convenient and close to everything I need, which makes daily life easier. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice and peaceful place to call home.

I’ve been a resident at The District at Phenix City since 2022, and my experience has been very positive. The management team does an excellent job engaging tenants by hosting community activities and bringing in different food trucks, which really helps create a welcoming and connected atmosphere. It’s nice to live somewhere that makes an effort to build community instead of just renting apartments. Maintenance has also been consistently respectful and responsive. Work orders are completed in a timely manner, and the staff communicates well throughout the process. They are professional, courteous, and make sure issues are handled properly. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I appreciate the effort the team puts into both resident satisfaction and community engagement.

My family and I moved into The District at Phenix City and so far our experience has been amazing. The entire move-in process was smooth and welcoming, which made such a difference for our family. Jeremy has been a wonderful help from the very beginning. He has been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring about making sure we felt comfortable in our new home. Any questions or concerns we had were handled quickly, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. I have a lot of mixed feelings. Its clean, and affordable. The goods would be the maintenance crew is well educated on their craft, and respectful whenever they come through. And the trash valet are also friendly and timely on their scheduled days. The apartment was recieved in good condition, and feels homey for my wife and I. But there are downsides. Theres dog scat across a lot of the grass around here, and the dog park is particularly gross with some damages to portions of the fencing (I know thats as much a resident thing as it is a managment thing. But we also saw a kid using the dog park as a bathroom one time, so who knows.) (The neighborhood kids also just took all of the balls out of the dog park and used them to throw at eachother in the park, but never put them back except for
