This company has the worst property manager I have ever encountered she was charging for different things every month that I wasn’t supposed to be charged for and she charged me for plumbing and no one I know unless they own there house pays for plumbing if there renting . Every month my rent was a different price for something and on top of that they blocked my number so I couldn’t reach anyone in the office by phone. I left the end of January and she is trying to charge me for February rent on top of cleaning fees but I put a lot of money getting the house clean and and prepared for move out even spent money to get the carpet cleaned and she still is trying to charge me for that and I sent emails and pictures of everything I did and receipts and gave explanations for stuff and I’m still

Dealing with them with a complete waste of my time and my former landlord‘s time. After providing them with all of my information and verification and them speaking with my landlord, they denied me because my I paid my landlord in cash and I had receipts and not money orders Receipts is ridiculous. Mind you anything they wanted to know they could have verified it with my landlord at the time!! They still haven’t rented that house to nobody, and it’s still sitting on the market collecting no money at least I would’ve paid the rent, but whatever.

This was our first time renting our house and needless-to-say we was nervous. Many questions and concerns: how much we should rent for, what type of tenants will we get, who do I contact for maintenance for repairs and the list goes on. But I must say from the beginning until now, working with Desirable Management and Staff has been a fresh breeze. They have remained professional, answered all my questions, had repairs done by professionals with great prices and selected great tenants. Without a doubt, I would give them six stars if that was one of the options.

DON'T WASTE YOUR APPLICATION MONEY NOR TIME DEALING WITH AGENCY THEY'RE PROFESSIONAL HANDLING THEIR PROPERTIES AND THE OFFICE LADY IS VERY IMPATIENT AND SMELL LIKE NEWPORT CIGARETTES I DO ALOT OF REVIEWS AND I HATE TO DISCREDIT ANY BUSINESS BUT THIS BY FAR IS ONE OF WORSE YOU CAN ENCOUNTER AND GETTING AHOLD OF SOMEONE IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE SO IF A MAINTENANCE ISSUE EVER OCCUR IT'LL BE SIX MONTHS BEFORE YOU GET A CALL BACK

First of all let me say that Desirable Management is the most professional trustworthy company out there. They are quick , reliable and get things done quickly when you need anything . With me being in the Property Management profession myself I can tell you this company gets 5 stars. If you are ever looking for a place to call home contact this company ASAP !! My application and move in process was great and they also left me a welcome home card and gift which I loved . Desirable Management is the best so please allow them to assist you with your search.
