The place was molded no matter what unit she put you in. She is very unprofessional and doesn't work with you at all. I've lived in 2 separate units 2 separate buildings best advice DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS. The only time she is around is to collect rent and gone. She goes on more vacation than anything. Oh don't forget to mention I've told her on Numerous occasions that my ceiling is leaking and the floor bubbles when it rains she didn't fix the issue instead she stapled a rug over the issue so she can pass inspection so do not move here EVER.

Your A/C will stop working in the summer and your heat will stop in the winter. All appliances will be moved from one unit to the other. High crime! Car break-ins and drugs! Roaches for days!! Please make sure you schedule a walk through before moving out because the leasing agent will do whatever it takes to keep your deposit. Most of the time they will only have 1 maintenance man...... so your work order can take up to two weeks before someone visit your apartment. If you need new blinds stay on them if they say they will replace them because if not, when you move out they will charge you!! Renters beware! You've been warned...

I must say I have read the comments and from my experience the property manager was wonderful great customer service Ms Latoya I think was her name she helped me listen to me and understood my concerns I give this place 5 stars just based on her professionalism alone if anyone looking for a place that’s understands and provides professional service come and ask for Ms Latoya don’t go by comments that was before her time she’s the best she is turning that around

I have lived here for a while, as for price they are very affordable. But for everything else NO, my air went out on the 9th of july, the hottest month, it's Aug 8, and it's still not fixed, I have been told several different stories, they seem concern, but how concern can they be if it's been a month, I had to purchase a window unit that only cools one room so that's where me and my grandson sleep. In the winter time it was the heater, now this. It's so depressing because right now I can't afford to go anywhere else. SO WE SUFFER. 8/2015

how can u paint with the phone stuck to your ear and there are no WET PAINT signs anywhere....please help by ensuring proper protocol is being used and that some one is approving of the work being done.....it's terrible no wet paint signs and she has been painting all week 22 Aug- today is the 25th
