Cypress Pines Apartments

The landlord called and immediately just says rudely “I can’t rent to 8 people!” And hangs up, not letting us explain anything or give us anymore detail. There is only 4 of us, 2 couples. We were trying to rent a two bedroom where each of us has our own room and then a living space to share. It irks me just how rude he was about it and we would like to know where he got 8 people when we told him many times there is 4 people TOTAL. 😒

!!!!! SCAM !!!!!!! Beware! When signing the lease and already gave cash deposit down, he flipped out when we took pics and videos of the apartment for us to have a record of how it looks before we moved.He didn’t let us rent! The older man took our deposit and scammed us!!! PLEASE BEWARE. And the older man was fixing things as the apartment was falling apart, and he didn’t let us turn on the heater to see if it works. BEWARE

Went to look at apartment, landlord kept making racial slurs...he said racist comments about hispanics, Asians, and Russians. Very unprofessional. Made me uncomfortable and wonder what his thoughts were regarding African-Americans. He wasn't bold enough to say it to my face. After completing application, it disgusted me and i askef him to discard, because I changed my mind. I was desperate, but not that desperate.

Mold grows in them and the landlord is a rude as hell. Call him to fix something a tells you to fix your self and ups your rent if he fixes it him self. Very outdated apt's.
