We had a very tough transaction and a bank who refused to communicate, requiring Kathy to stay on point for months, and let deal after deal go by. She never gave up, and executed an extremely fast escrow once the doors were open to do so. Highly recommended.

I would not recommend Cutting Edge Realty to my worst enemy. I moved out of my apartment managed by them 5 months ago and have yet to receive my security deposit back, despite emailing them about it once a month. They have horrible communication and customer service, and will not return calls or emails for months at a time. Overall extremely unprofessional.

I’ve lived in a multi dwelling apartment house for 11 months! 3 units with a shared front entry to the house, common entry hall, shared laundry 🧺 area 1 washer and dryer shared by 3 residents (including myself) I reported some bedbugs to the owner and this Company who is managing the property I live in sent me threatening email… with degrading connotation and false accusations of my discovery… considering I’m the only Female, and Minority in the building I was cautioned to “mind my business or Face Eviction” say nothing about the situation with the shared laundry space… to my understanding bedbugs are a concern once they are introduced to a common area such as a shared laundry area/ with ONE WASHER and ONE DRYER But the Property manager never addressed my concern of the shared laundry area

This company is completely unprofessional. They are unwilling to work with their tenants following a term and their lack of ability to communicate is impermissible. Moreover, they are ignorant to the terms of a legally binding lease. I would strongly suggest they attempt to make remedy before legal action is taken. Please stay away from this negligent business.

Professionalism and morality are certainly in question when management does not respond to various emails and phone calls from their tenants. Do better! Disappointing, stay away.
