Crescent Place

Going on 3 years living here and I literally have no complaints. I love the fact that the have put brighter lights, which increases the feeling of safety; however, they should put light on the side since that’s visitors parking. The office staff is friendly and maintenance guy does the best he can, considering he is working alone. I have recommended the complex to ppl and I definitely plan to renew my lease again.

We've been here almost 6 months and everything has been wonderful!! Our contact staff member has been Ms Maria from day one. She has been nothing short of Awesomeness!!. In fact, All the Staff Members including Maintenance, has been so helpful and very informative about everything thing we have inquired about. If and when there is an issue, we call and they are on top of it as quickly as possible, (of course we know there are other tenant issue) so time factor is not a problem for us. Maintenance makes sure to keep us informed about the issue even when we may have forgotten. The grounds are maintained very well. If they are ever having a bad day, we never know it. To us that's the definition of Professionalism. We've never encountered a more dedicated team, we are soo Appreciative for each

Very unhappy with the management team at this apartment complex. Told me all the documents I needed to file for the apartment and being that I’m a barber I don’t have tax returns or anything like that just yet. They told me I could use my employment verification form being that I worked in a barbershop and after getting all the documents and submitting, each step of the process I asked 100 times “is everything I got all I need?” And they kept replying yes yes yes…. We get to the final part of step 2 after telling me nothing but positive reviews about me being in the right position to get the apartment.. and I get denied? Not because I didn’t make the requirement they needed, not cuz of my background check but because they needed tax forms… a document they said they didn’t need in the VERY

Overall, my experience has been pleasant. I've had two separate occasions where I had an issue with the females who work in the rent office. Can be noisy. But with school aged children, that's expected. I love my unit, my apartment and my neighbors! No regrets, whatsoever, living here. I plan on staying for a while 👍

My experience was all good in the beginning. I felt the staff was ok but they had my date to move in on March 6 how do you call someone 2 days before and tell them oh I'm sorry Mrs. Williams you have to move in on March 13th because the lady just turned in her key. I had to put in a notice as well so me and my kids have to find somewhere to live for a week because they put an apartment on the market that wasn't going to be ready and that is just not professional at all. And the bad part is they took my deposit and first month rent on the 3rd and never said anything about me not being able to move in on the 6. I feel that is so wrong on a unprofessional level and something needs to be done.
