Cove Harbor Townhomes

Andrea the Property Manager showed us an upcoming available unit. My daughter is looking for something asap, due to a job location. Andrea took the time to answer all our questions. She was very knowledgeable about the area & the amenities to the complex. She gave us a though walk thru and answered all our questions. She made the whole application process seem less & even allowed us to take measurements. She gave us a realistic timeline and I appreciated her being up front about the turn around time. We give her 10 stars on professionalism, knowledge & easy of application. Thank you!

The location is wonderful - last exit to the highway for southside, right in front of the Mellon Strip in Pheobus. Good walking to some good eating. The apartment themselves? Not maintained by the company at all. There is literally NO communicating with them either. We have had problems caused by other maintenance teams that have yet to be addressed including missed safety equipment inspections and neigh constant filth, broken windows, missing door knobs, and non-functional shared laundry room troubles. As a resident you can't get them on the phone - they'll pick up the line and then hang up on you, not even send you straight to voicemail. They REFUSE to email you. They are NEVER in the office. Let me start by writing. I know about all Harris and Lear properties, I have been reading reviews on all that were recent and new. The reviews tell not one lie about Wilow Oaks, John's Creek, Church Creek, Foxcroft, Gateway Townhomes, etc. Well I called Johns Creek about their 2 bedroom townhouse and Andrea told me yes we have 2 bedrooms and we have one coming up at the end of November, so in my mind I'm like great because my current home is month to month with a private owners and lived there for almost 6 years never missed a payment and always on time. I have a great paying stay at home job as a nurse for chronic care management. I have great reference. I have all my current paystubs(4). My credit from all major credit bureau and credit karma all state I have a 100% on time payment hist

Townhome was super nice and big, property manager was friendly. However took 2 months to get a reply back for an application. After 2 months, multiple phone calls to different offices, the application was denied with no reason why. Very frustrating process. Very disappointed. Edited: Tried to get an official denial letter and was told it was too long. It was too long because of the "thorough application process" that took 2 months to be told denied and still can't get an official reason why.

Beautiful complex, clean and inviting! Property Manager was very professional, knowledgeable of the availability of units on her property and she has a great personality! I highly recommend John's Creek Apartments.
