Country View Apartments

Nicole was great in communicating with me about a potential unit. We were going to sign but due to personal issues we had to decline. But the unit and complex was great for the price. The complex is also surrounded by a nice nature track. From what I viewed, the complex looked nice and family friendly.

Please be careful. Lived there for four years. Nothing works. Both light in bedrooms did not work. The ac does not work. The burners plates are so old they have rusted through. Everything is out dated. The patio is spider infested. Requested for them to spray. But was told that only the resident manager area gets done. They had a handy man that had a warrant for his arrest in Louisiana. He was give full access to apartment. The man broke a pipe in the upstairs apartment and ruined the bottom apartments roof. He ended up getting arrested and he resisted arrest. The owners husband has just walked into my apartment twice without and notice. The resident manager only gives 24hr notice.
